By using Hamilton Fights Entertainment ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Content on the Site

Videos on the Site may contain violence, strong language and other mature content. They are shared for news and entertainment purposes. We do not encourage or condone violence. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's permission, to use the Site.

Submitting videos

When you submit a video, you confirm that:

  • you filmed it yourself or have permission from the person who did;
  • it does not contain sexual content, content involving minors in harmful situations, or anything illegal to share;
  • you grant Hamilton Fights Entertainment a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, edit, and share the video on the Site and our social media channels, with credit to you if you provided a handle.

We review every submission and may decline any video for any reason.

Accounts and comments

You can create a free account to like, save and comment on videos. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything posted from your account. Comments must not:

  • threaten, harass or reveal private information about anyone, including people shown in videos;
  • contain hate speech, spam, advertising or illegal content.

We may delete any comment and suspend any account at any time. You can delete your account from your account page; this removes your likes, saved videos and comments.

We store your username, email and a securely scrambled (hashed) version of your password. We only use your email to confirm your account and reset your password. We never sell it.

Takedown requests

If you appear in a video or own the rights to it and want it removed, visit our contact page. We review all requests promptly.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the actions of people shown in videos or for content submitted by users.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
